Mission + Vision

Upstate Carolina Lacrosse's mission is to grow our players' love and skills in the game of lacrosse. While doing so, players work hard and have fun, maximizing their potential. We are passionate about the process of helping these athletes grow as young men on and off the field. Our success is not measured in wins or losses, but in developing lacrosse and lifelong skills like teamwork and communication.

Our Vision here at Upstate Carolina is built around four words that we use to set our standards and expectations with in our programs. We call them "THE FOUR E'S".
